Cisco Secure Access

Cisco Secure Access is a core product within Cisco's Security division. Over four years as an engineering program manager, I was involved in the design, launch, and scale out of the product, building agile teams from a staff of over 500 engineers, UX designers, engineers, product managers, program managers and operations specialists. Three years after launch Secure Access was adding 2 million new users every quarter, providing significant portion of Security revenue for the company. During that time, I led new features for networking, SDWAN, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI Agent identification, data loss prevention (DLP) and firewall components within the system, as well as designing the SAFE Agile compliant Jira delivery workflow and AI enabled dashboards that facilitated collaboration between program, product, engineering, UX and delivery teams.
