Product Design: Sony Sketch

The Sony Sketch from 1990 was a finalist in the Sony International Design Competition, and opened to door to a Product Design internship at Sony Corporation in Tokyo. The organic forms, stone like material and green accents were chosen to deliberate oppose the prevailing plastic blocks that characterized electronic product design at the time.

Product Design, Graphic Design and Branding: Eternal Spring Mineral Water

The Eternal Spring Mineral water bottle design was created for a client who desired a clear differentiation in the market, as the state of water bottle design didn't meet the client vision for the product. While the original bottle design is no longer available and the Eternal Water brand was later sold to an American company, the product is available at over 65,000 locations in the USA, speaking to the enduring strength of the original design and branding concept.

Technology Infrastructure

When General Motors Europe needed to re-platform their entire European client server web-hosting infrastructure in 2003 and migrate over 100 applications to the new infrastructure, Electronic Data Systems (EDS) supplied project management, network and systems architecture and engineering services to rebuild the entire architecture within 18 months. How technology has changed: now this entire infrastructure would be likely scripted in Terraform and rolled out as cloud compute capacity in hours rather than months.

Artificial Intelligence: State of AI 2026

State of AI 2026 examines the point at which artificial intelligence stops being primarily a technology story and becomes an organizational and economic one. The paper looks beyond model capability to the harder questions now facing companies: where AI is creating real value, where investment is outrunning returns, how agents and AI-native businesses are reshaping markets, and why successful AI transformation will depend as much on operating models, culture, and human judgment as on the technology itself.
