Portfolio IQ was an engineering feature delivery dashboard, that used the Jira API to consolidate information from 1000+ feature request and coordinate work for a team of 500+ engineers globally delivering over 100 features every quarter. It contained multiple features, including a graph visualizer to map Jira tickets and show dependency status, consolidated resource allocation and levelling views, and schedule spillover risk analysis for quarterly Scaled Agile release train events. Build using Next.js, Cursor and Jira API.
